Karl Marthinussen works with dispute resolution in connection with conflicts in construction, including litigation and arbitration. Karl Marthinussen is also frequently commissioned as an arbitrator. He is a regular lecturer. Karl Marthinussen is the co-author for the commentary editions of (Norwegian Standard – NS) NS 8405, 8406 and 8407 and the book «På rett grunn».
