Paul joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 1991. He has solid expertise and knowledge to provide to his clients.
Assisting multinational companies, leading banks, global manufacturers and public authorities, Paul primarily handles complex litigation files relating to contract law, corporate and banking law, security interest and enforcement.
For over two decades he has successfully dealt with matters relating to insolvency and restructuring such as bankruptcy, reorganisation and liquidation. Moreover, he regularly acts as a liquidator of companies that are voluntarily wound up.
­Paul is regularly invited to speak at seminars and conferences across Europe.
