Giovanni Smet specialises in Belgian and international tax law. He particularly focuses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Giovanni has a broad experience in corporate restructuring and financing, investment funds, real estate transactions, financial products, and structured finance.
