Henk Verstraete specialises in Belgian and international tax law. He focuses on tax advisory, transactional, and litigation work.
Henk has extensive experience in a wide range of tax matters involving complex tax litigation, tax advisory work and transfer pricing matters. Henk has a broad expertise in advising on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, joint ventures and financing transactions. He has a strong track record in assisting clients in their negotiations with tax authorities and the public prosecutor, and he represents clients before the administrative and judicial courts.
