Manuel Campolini focuses his practice on legal assistance and litigation in relation to IP, life sciences, and pharmaceutical matters at both a national and European level.
Manuel has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical law and advises on regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical industry. His expertise covers life-cycle management of pharmaceutical products, biotechnology, pricing/reimbursements, advertising, clinical trials, parallel trade, and so on. Manuel regularly advises and represents companies before the EU authorities, especially before the EU Commission.
