Position

David heads our real estate practice specialising in projects, project finance, real-estate and tenders.

David’s experience includes PPP/PFI (DBFM(O)), property development, property finance, real estate and concession contracts, including concessions for public transport, water, energy and waste.

In addition, David regularly advises on the European and national procurement regulations (“aanbestedingsrecht”). David is also a widely published author and lecturer on this subject.

He holds various memberships including at the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Aanbestedingsrecht, Nederlandse Vereniging voor Bouwrecht and Nederlandse Vereniging voor Procesrecht.

David has a master’s in law from the University of Amsterdam.
