Career

Henning Øvrebø has extensive M&A and company law experience advicing Norwegian and foreign clients.

Henning’s areas of expertise are transaction and company law, including mergers & acquisitions, divestments and demergers, equity financing, reorganization / restructuring and other transaction-related issues within the IT, telecommunications, media and technology sectors and other market areas.

Henning assists both listed and unlisted Norwegian and foreign companies and has assisted in many large and complex transactions with multinational dimensions. Henning has been an advisor to, inter alia, Baneservice, Dell, General Electric, HPE, Mars, Norwegian and Norwegian Bank, RiksTV, Sopra Steria and Telia.

Henning also has extensive experience with various corporate and company law issues related to the choice of company form, organization and corporate governance as well as contract law, including negotiation of transaction agreements, joint venture and shareholder agreements, investment agreements and commercial agreements such as production, distribution and agent agreements.
