Guy Vermeil is managing partner of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva since 2012. Head of the practice group TMT and Outsourcing in Geneva, he is also an expert on corporate and M&A (including restructuring of distressed companies and moratorium procedures), as well as private clients. Guy Vermeil advises regularly on international and domestic transactions.
