Lenz & Staehelin‘s scope covers the full gamut of competition and antitrust law. The members of the practice have considerable know-how in merger control notifications, abuse of dominance, restrictive practices, cartel investigations, dawn raids, leniency procedures and public procurement. The group further often deals with multi-jurisdictional merger filings as well as with proceedings before the Swiss Competition Commission and competition litigation. It is headed up by the ‘excellent‘ Marcel Meinhardt and the ‘very constructive’ Benoît Merkt in Zurich and Geneva respectively.
