Position

Dr Roland Mörsdorf practises in the fields of M&A and company law. He has broad experience in assisting foreign enterprises on managing their Norwegian subsidiaries. In addition, Dr Mörsdorf, who is also a qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), is head of Grette’s German Desk. He has published a number of articles on company law and private international law in Norwegian and German legal journals, including NTS, RR, RIW and IWRZ.

  • Proposed ban on personal import of medicinal products ordered via Internet

    The Ministry of Health and Care has recently issued a hearing letter proposing stringent restrictions on import of medicinal products for personal use. Among the actions proposed, is a general ban on the import of prescription drugs, and access for Customs to seize and destroy falsified or illegal medicinal products.
