Lorenzo Olgiati heads Schellenberg Wittmer’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, securities and stock exchange regulation, private equity transactions and other significant corporate and commercial matters, including advice on corporate governance matters and shareholder activism.

  • Swiss counsel to SIX-listed ams AG in its acquisition of Heptagon Advanced Micro-Optics Pte. Ltd., Singapore, for up to USD 855 m in cash and newly issued shares
  • Counsel to Canton of Graubünden and Axpo Holding AG, main shareholders in SIX-listed electric power company Repower AG in connection with Repower’s strategic repositioning, delisting and CHF 170 m capital increase subscribed by EKZ and UBS-CEIS
