Roland Ryser is a Counsel in our Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich and a member of our White-Collar Crime and Compliance Team.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in advising and representing individuals and corporate clients as defence counsel in regulatory and business crime investigations
• Assisted clients in mutual legal and administrative assistance proceedings
• Advised clients in anti-money laudering, anti-bribery and trade compliance matters
• Represented companies as private claimants in criminal investigations for fraud, misappropriation, mismanagement and bribery
