Career

Ola is a part­ner in Schjødt’s Dispute Resolution prac­tice. He has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence as lit­i­ga­tor in gen­er­al courts, ad­min­is­tra­tive courts and Swedish and in­ter­na­tion­al ar­bi­tra­tion pro­ceed­ings. He is reg­u­lar­ly en­gaged as an ar­bi­tra­tor. Ola is par­tic­u­lar­ly ex­pe­ri­enced in dis­putes re­lat­ing to M&A trans­ac­tions, share­hold­er dis­putes, man­age­ment of as­sets, fi­nan­cial in­stru­ments, sup­ply agree­ments, IT con­tracts, au­dit and di­rec­tor li­a­bil­i­ty, telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions and in­tel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty.
