Advokatfirmaet Schjødt garners praise for its ‘first-class expertise‘ in high-value, cross-border M&A transactions. The practice is jointly led by Robert Romansky, who acts for private equity funds, and Tord Fondevik, who is regularly sought after by blue-chip companies. Knut Smith-Erichsen and Stavanger-based Dag Sigvart Kaada are co-heads of the department’s transactional group, and oil and gas expert Geir Evenshaug has ‘a quick and analytical legal mind‘.
