Advokatfirman Schjødt’s transactions department is led by Ylva Forsberg in Stockholm and Oslo’s Tord Fondevik. The fully integrated team handles M&A, capital markets, banking and finance and tax matters. Pontus Bergsten brings 20 years’ experience in M&A to the team and is well versed in cross-border transactions. Ebba Perman Borg joined from Linklaters and former practice head Fredrik Hag left to form his own practice.
