Career
Kristina Bozhinova (formerly Chakarova) has been an associate at Schoenherr’s Sofia office since 2019, but has already become an integral part of our regulatory, IP and new technologies team. Kristina advises multinational and domestic clients on data protection, software and other IP licensing, copyright, trademark law, brand development, e-commerce, website terms and conditions, unfair commercial practices and general regulatory compliance. She also provides legal advice on the IP and IT aspects of cross-border M&A matters. Before joining Schoenherr in 2019, Kristina practised at a national law firm as a legal advisor and after being admitted to the bar – as a lawyer (2014-2018).
