Ivelina Vassileva is an attorney at law with schoenherr Sofia since 2007 and specialises in Employment and Corporate/M&A. Ivelina graduated from the Law School of the University of Sofia in 2007. Ivelina advises international and local clients in the IT, filming, aviation, oil, pharmaceutical, paper, production, food/non-food retail and automotive industry (such as SAP, Netflix, OMV, Smurfit Kappa) on all aspects of employment law. Ivelina routinely provides advice and innovative practical and business-oriented solutions on specific matters not particularly regulated under Bulgarian law especially with respect to complex cross-border transactions.  Ivelina has been involved in a leading role in various due diligence processes as well as in the drafting and negotiating of agreements and other documents in various commercial and employment matters.
