In addition, Wolfgang advises numerous banks on derivatives transactions with Austrian and Central European counterparties and inter alia is Austrian counsel to ISDA on issues of close-out netting. As part of his practice, Wolfgang advises clients on criminal compliance and criminal defence. He focuses on preventive measures, like anti-corruption compliance programmes, as well as on advising companies that have been damaged by the criminal activities of their employees or third persons.
