Guido Kucsko has been a partner at Schoenherr since 1986 and heads the intellectual property group of the firm.


Guido enjoys an excellent reputation in representing Austrian and international clients in various intellectual property matters, such as intellectual property transactional work, licensing and litigation. He is the author of Intellectual Property, published in 2003 (www.intellectualproperty.at), which is recognised as a standard publication for this subject in Austria, and is also the author of other publications in the field of competition and intellectual property law. As adjunct professor, he lectures on intellectual property law at the University of Vienna and is a regular speaker at conferences relating to his practice area.

The stellar practice is jointly headed by IP litigation heavyweight Guido Kucsko, Christian Schumacher and Michael Woller.
