Career

Peter Feyl specialises in banking and securities law. He represents Austrian and international banks and financial institutions (such as insurance companies and investment fund management companies) in (mainly) transactional work. He regularly deals with all aspects of financing, securitisation transactions and questions of securities law. Another focus of his practice is regulatory advice (frequently transactional advice). Peter’s practice also includes several listed and unlisted issues of own funds instruments for banks and insurance companies. Peter is active in other fields of finance law, such as acquisition, project and asset finance, inventory financing and cash-pooling arrangements. He advises Austrian and foreign investment funds and asset managers on Austrian investment fund law (including regulatory aspects). His experience also includes mergers and acquisitions of banks as well as corporate finance.
