Zurab Simonishvili re-joined  our firm in September 2022. He specialises in private M&A transactions and general corporate law. Prior to joining Schoenherr, he worked as an associate and attorney at law in national and international law firms in Vienna, including Schoenherr, and as an assistant professor at the Institute of Corporate and International Commercial Law at the University of Graz. Zurab has published various articles on corporate, private foundation and capital markets law.
