Andreas Lengger has been an attorney at law in the Vienna office of Schoenherr since 2020. He focuses on m&a, start-ups and venture capital. He regularly advises national and international venture capital/private equity investors and venture firms as well as clients from the IT and wholesale/retail sectors. Andreas teaches annual financial statement analysis and the preparation of business plans at WU Vienna. Previously, he worked as an associate in renowned law firms in Vienna and as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute for Accounting and Auditing at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Andreas recently passed the bar exam with distinction (2019).
