Johannes Frank has been with Schoenherr since 2019 and was admitted to the Austrian bar in 2020. His main practice areas are national and cross-border merger control cases, antitrust proceedings, internal investigations and antitrust compliance.  Before joining Schoenherr, he worked in an international law firm in Vienna (takeovers and antitrust; 2015 – 2019). During his studies in Graz, he gained experience as a research assistant at the Institute of Information Science and Information Systems, and completed internships in Brussels. Johannes has published on various antitrust and merger control matters.
