Christoph Moser is a partner of Schoenherr and co-heads the firm’s capital markets department.

Career

Christoph specialises in equity, equity-linked and debt capital market transactions, corporate finance as well as securities law. He regularly advises international and domestic issuers, financial institutions/investment banks and investors on equity and debt capital market transactions as well as borrowers and lenders on complex financing and restructuring matters; he combines his capital markets know how with his securities law and corporate finance experience also on restructurings of listed issuers. Christoph is recognised as one of Austria’s leading capital markets experts by all relevant legal directories (Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR, Juve) and has an outstanding track record on capital markets and finance matters. A member of the Vienna Bar, Christoph graduated from the University of Linz in 2004 and completed his bar exam in 2009. He is admitted to practice in Austria since 2011. As a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and an officer of the IBA’s capital markets forum, he is regularly involved in complex cross border transactions and Austrian matters with an international nexus. Christoph has authored and published several publications and commentaries on capital markets and securities law matters.
