Radoslav Chemshirov is attorney at law with the Sofia team of schoenherr since March 2010. He specialises in regulatory and media law and has more than 5 years of experience in the field including gas infrastructure, energy projects, lawsuits for violations of the media law, licensing and registration of radio and television operators in Bulgaria. Prior to joining the Sofia team, he has worked as in-house counsel for a company servicing the gas distribution in Bulgaria, as legal advisor for the media regulator in Bulgaria the Council for Electronic Media and for a law firm. At schoenherr he works on renewable energy projects focusing on regulatory requirements and negotiations with the transmission and distribution companies for electrical energy in Bulgaria. He is also involved in advising OMV Bulgaria on different ongoing regulatory issues related with their activities.
