The real estate, projects, and energy team at Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr is led by Matija Vojnovic, advising on construction, financing, and corporate matters relating to solar power plant projects, buy outs of minority shares in the lithium mining industry, among other significant renewable energy projects.
