• Experienced in all aspects of both commercial and residential conveyancing and acts in both the purchase and sale of such properties. In addition, Brendan regularly advises our clients on the legal structure for both residential and commercial developments and on all associated issues.
• Advises in landlord and tenant matters with expertise in negotiating and implementing leases in both shopping centres and industrial estates 
• Acts for a number of liquidators and receivers and has expertise in advising on property and related issues which arise in the course of both liquidations and receiverships 
• Highly skilled in Will drafting and estate administration.  Brendan also regularly advises our clients on estate planning issues.

Recent Work Highlights 

• Acted in the sale of a substantial office block in Dublin’s docklands.
• Acted for The White Company in negotiating the lease of their new flagship Irish Store on Grafton Street
• Acted for a major Irish retailer in the acquisition of a substantial commercial premises in Dundalk
• Advising in the sale of a famous Dublin public house
