Fergal Dennehy is head of Ronan Daly Jermyn’s Munster Healthcare Practice. A skilled healthcare litigator, Fergal advises insurance companies, hospitals and medical professionals on complex negligence claims.
He has acted for both public health systems and private health systems instructed by both the State Claims Agency Clinical Indemnity Scheme and private insurers representing both public and private hospitals from Wexford south to Cork and west to Limerick and all points in between. Fergal acts for private insurers such as Allianz and Travelers Insurance Company. He has additional expertise representing intellectual disability organisations and healthcare institutions.
Fergal represents intellectual disability organisations and institutions, private insurers in relation to alternative healthcare professionals from acupuncturists to counsellors and also represents pharmacies and physiotherapists.
