Prior to joining ONTIER Ramón Ruiz de la Torre worked at Ramón y Cajal Abogados and at the Corporate and Capital Markets department of Linklaters Madrid as a Counsel. Ramón specialises in capital markets, finance and corporate law matters. He acted as a Secretary to the board of directors of several non-listed and listed companies. During the last 15 years, Ramón has taken part in several cross-border M&A transactions acting either for the purchaser or the seller. He is ranked in the main legal directories (Chambers, Legal 500…) as an expert in debt and equity instruments, IPOs, Rights Issues, block trades, liability management and related transactions.
