Career

Óscar Murillo joined ONTIER in 2007, after working at Barrilero y Asociados. He focuses on Corporate Law, M&A, Financing and Renewable Energies, and provides consultancy services to both Spanish and foreign companies in their national and international projects. He is also the current Secretary and Legal Counsel to the board of directors of several companies. Óscar also works as a Lecturer in postgraduate programs at the Villanueva University Centre, the San Pablo CEU University and the IE Business School. Since 2014, Óscar also takes part in the South Summit (international entrepreneurship event) as a panellist.

Education

BA in Law (1998) and Diploma in Business Administration (1999) by the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid. To finish off his studies, he trained for the Public Senior Lawyer examination (“Cuerpo Superior de Abogados del Estado”).
