Before joining ONTIER as a Corporate Law Partner, Francisco Fenoy worked at Ernst&Young and founded Altius Abogados and his own legal boutique: Fenoy & Sepúlveda.
With over 15 years of experience, Francisco specialises in Corporate Legal Consultancy (corporate, contracts, M&A, structured funding, due diligence, business restructuring) as well as in the Energy sector, working for both national and international corporations, often acting as a Secretary to the board of directors. Moreover, Francisco also has an extensive background in procedural matters, specialising in all kinds of corporate and bankruptcy litigation procedures. Francisco is a Lecturer at the MA in Legal Consultancy of the Cajasol Institute for Legal and Business Studies.
