Career

María Jesús Dehesa joined ONTIER in 1990 and became a Partner in 2002. She specialises in Corporate Law, providing legal advice to national and international companies in matters such as corporate law, securities markets, contracts and transactions regarding joint ventures, alliances, acquisitions, IPOs, etc., as well as in contentious issues examined in judicial and arbitration channels. She acts as Secretary and Legal Counsel to the board of directors of several companies.
