Career

Cristina Camarero joined ONTIER Spain in 2002. After taking her first steps in Corporate, Labour and Family Law, Cristina specialised in Litigation. She has managed many complex judicial and arbitration proceedings. She focuses on conflicts regarding M&A transactions; corporate disputes (shareholders agreements, director´s liability matters, challenging corporate resolutions…) as well as breach and termination of contracts (construction, agency, distribution, franchise and joint venture related) and professional liability. Moreover, Cristina Camarero takes care of high-profile family disputes. It should be noted that Cristina took part in Spain’s highest profile case regarding director’s liability matters in the context of the sale of a listed company through a takeover procedure amounting to over 1.500 billion euros.
