Andreas Estrup Ippolito specialises in commercial contracts, transactions and public procurement law and represents public and private entities in a wide range of sectors and industries, in particular infrastructure & transportation, energy, defence & security and IT, technology & telecommunications.

Andreas advises on all aspects of public procurement law and has extensive experience in complex procurement processes, including negotiated procedures and competitive dialogue. Andreas is mostly engaged in procurement processes targeting international markets. He also advises on EU law, competition and state aid matters as well as in other regulatory areas such as investment screening (FDI) and cybersecurity. Within his field of expertise, Andreas represents public and private entities in negotiations and before the Danish courts of general jurisdiction, in arbitration and before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
