Jonas Blegvad Jensen advises private and public businesses and authorities on industrial relations law and individual labour and employment law.

Jonas has advised on labour and employment law for many years and he advises both Danish and foreign employers on all employee matters.

Jonas's in-depth knowledge of M&A and commercial law is a great advantage when it comes to the employment law aspects of transactions and incentive schemes in connection with transactions. He has extensive experience in advising both Danish and international clients on employment law in connection with acquisitions, divestments, outsourcing and stock market listings.

Jonas has deep insight into governance, including the special conditions applying to recruitment and remuneration in listed companies, state-owned companies and financial services companies. This insight is combined with his general experience in advising Danish and international clients on recruitment, employment, management and dismissal of executives and other key employees. Jonas is very experienced in advising on remuneration and benefits to both executives and ordinary employees, and he advises a number of Danish and international clients on equity compensation plans and incentive schemes.

Jonas is also very experienced as an instructor in a wide range of labour and employment law subjects. In recent years Jonas has given lectures on the employee aspects in connection with outsourcing, social media in an employment law context, the new Danish Holiday Act, the use of labour clauses, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses and incentive pay. Jonas also gives presentations on general employment and labour law updates.
