Position

Jelmer Procee is an expert in administrative compensation law, including compensation for loss resulting from administrative acts and expropriation. He represents the State and various provincial and municipal authorities in complex expropriation proceedings, mainly with respect to infrastructure. In addition, he is regularly involved in area developments (land development) and drafts administrative agreements for various government agencies. Jelmer regularly publishes on his area of expertise, an example in this regard being the recent preliminary advice for the Dutch expropriation law association regarding the elimination of designated uses in the value appraisal.
