Pestalozzi has ‘extensive experience in all areas of fintech law‘ offering the full array of legal, tax and regulatory advice to clients aiming to develop and operate new fintech products. The team, headed by Oliver Widmer and Urs Klöti, assists with regulatory impact assessments and licensing applications. In addition, the unit assists financial services clients with tackling external financial fraud as well as with regulatory recovery and liability issues.
