Admitted to Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2006, Court of Appeals Advocate; Stergios Frastanlis joined the firm in 2017, having already worked in prominent law firms of Athens and Hamburg. Stergios advises on a broad range of corporate, restructuring and insolvency law matters. Activity emphasis is laid upon advising on corporate M&As, in-court and out-of-court recovery proceedings and financial restructuring schemes (refinancings, restructuring loans and debt-equity-swaps).
