Admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2005; Court of Appeals Advocate, Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO). Katerina Paschou joined the firm in 2007. With studies in Private International & European Law, Katerina has acted as a legal advisor in several cases of M&As and private transactions, along with Maritime Law matters such as vessels’ sale & acquisitions, restructurings and corporate governance. As a member of our firm, Katerina advises our clients on a wide range of issues of Civil, Commercial & Corporate law across a broad spectrum of industry sectors such as aquaculture, shipping, cultural and creative sector, agriculture and technology. Moreover, as a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), Katerina is our firm’s advisor on GDPR matters, representing and advising a wide range of corporate and private clients.
