Career

Philippine De Wolf is a member of the Corporate and Finance Department and focuses on public and private M&A, private equity and capital market transactions (equity and debt). She advises both listed and private companies.

Philippine was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2005 and joined NautaDutilh that same year. In 2007, she was seconded to Euroclear where she worked in the Banking and Operations Department. Philippine was appointed Local Partner in 2017.

Philippine received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Louvain (UCL) in 2005. During her studies, she spent five months at the University of Salamanca as part of the Erasmus exchange programme.
