Maxime is a trusted advisor and seasoned litigator in all areas of public and administrative law, including public procurement, energy and environmental law. He has a wealth of experience representing clients before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and other courts and tribunals.

His expertise extends to government contracts in Belgium and Luxembourg where he advises both contracting authorities and private companies on complex and strategic procurement projects, concessions and real estate transactions and disputes.

He has a unique expertise in public procurement by European institutions and agencies, representing both EU bodies and private contractors, in particular before the European courts in Luxembourg.

Maxime also has extensive experience in gambling law and litigation, advising and defending operators in the rapidly evolving sector of online and land-based gaming.
