The team also assists with matters concerning board members of major insurance companies and has a strong reputation for significant commercial risk profiles including D&O and product liability, particularly pharmaceutical products. The team is experienced in handling multi-party litigation, with a specific focus on consumer-led claims, and can leverage expertise from across the firm to handle issues from a financial regulatory and corporate perspective.
