Position

Donal is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets Department. He specialises in a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans, financing to Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Funds (QIAIFs) and debt restructuring. Donal acts for a number of domestic and international banks and a wide range of corporate borrowers. Donal is a lecturer for the Irish Law Society’s Diploma in Financial Law.
