Maurice is a partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP. His personal focus is on Commercial Litigation, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency.
Maurice has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including high value contractual and tortious disputes and shareholders disputes, often with an international component.
Maurice frequently acts for financial institutions in complex commercial disputes including claims against institutional investment advisers and he has acted for both claimants and respondents in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
Maurice acts for stakeholders, most commonly financial institutions, in corporate insolvency matters including consensual restructurings, examinerships, receiverships, schemes of arrangement and liquidations. He advises boards and individual officers regarding the management of insolvency risks.
