Position

In addition to advising on general commercial and company law matters, Thomas Weisbjerg has extensive experience in advising Danish and international clients on matters relating to corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets law as well as private equity and venture capital investments. He also advises on shareholder relations, financial regulation and financing, including acquisition and project finance.

Thomas has provided advisory services to both listed and privately owned companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital companies, public institutions, institutional investors and high net worth individuals. He is frequently mentioned in international legal rating publications such as Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal.
