Position

Henrik B. Sanders primarily works with mergers and acquisitions. Henrik has in this regard been the legal advisor in several very large transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers – including Private Equity Funds in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies. Additionally, Henrik works with general business law and provides advice to a number of companies. Henrik is the chairman of the board in Mazanti-Andersen and is, furthermore, chairman or member of the board in several Danish and international companies.

Henrik B. Sanders is in Chambers Global since 2013 listed as one of the leading lawyers in relation to insolvency law issues. Henrik B. Sanders has significant experience in insolvency law and has in this context assisted several of the largest banks and other creditors in relation to insolvency law issues including as appointed trustee for a number of large bankruptcy estates. Henrik B. Sanders has since 2008 been appointed as permanent trustee at the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen and has, furthermore, worked as a re-constructor and participated in several company reconstructions.
