Denmark > Dispute resolution

Mazanti-Andersen‘s dispute resolution team has a strong reputation for handling high-profile and complex work including litigation and international arbitration proceedings. Lawsuits involving the Danish state, cross-border work and acting for companies and former directors in D&O litigation are other key specialisms of the ‘full-service practice with very competent lawyers’. Anne Almose Røpke centres her work on tort and contract law; she co-leads the practice with Philip S. Thorsen, who is a go-to name for disputes involving professional liability and breach of contract claims. Supreme Court litigator Morten Samuelsson is frequently engaged on liability suits involving bank directors, management and board members.
