Career

Radina joined DPC through our trainee selection program ten years ago and has since gained remarkable experience in the areas of corporate and commercial, public procurement, banking and finance, and EU law. Her current legal practice is focused mainly on M&A, but she also advises actively on corporate, employment, and competition matters. Radina’s profound legal knowledge and excellent communication skills are highly appreciated by her clients operating in various industries, such as consumer and retail, digital, fintech, real estate, transport, pharma, etc.

Radina was part of the team assisting the large European retail chain Pepco in its entry into the Bulgarian market, including the entire process of incorporation and various compliance and regulatory related matters. She also advised a prosperous Bulgarian entrepreneur regarding his investment in a large-scale construction project and helped with the structuring of the shareholders relations, drafting agreements and leading complex and intensive negotiations on behalf of the investor.

Radina is a Bar Relations Coordinator at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
