Career

Rositsa’s current practice is predominantly focused on employment, corporate and M&A, and competition law, and as of late, dispute resolution. She has completed several postgraduate courses on EU regulations and gained 8 years of valuable law firm experience, including a two-year secondment as a legal counsel in the Bulgarian subsidiary of a global tobacco giant, adding some profound industry knowledge to her versatile set of assets.

Since joining DPC in 2019, Rositsa has actively contributed to the successful closing of a number of M&A transactions and has proven to be extremely efficient in all their stages – due diligence, negotiations, document drafting and closing. She regularly provides legal advice to corporate clients in relation to various employment law assignments. These include drafting tailor-made employment documents to fit the specific needs of the company, assistance during complicated dismissals, including such involving management personnel, legal representation in labour and other litigation, as well as any legal advice necessary for the smooth flow of the daily business process.
