Aude is a member of the Loyens & Loeff Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group and co-heads the Benelux Food & Beverages Team.

Position

Aude specialises in (international) commercial law and European and Belgian food law. She advises and represents clients in court and before the authorities on matters such as nutrition and health claims, food supplements, market practices and advertising, food safety and pre-market authorisation. Aude is a member of the Food Lawyers Network (worldwide). She cooperates with the European Food and Feed Law Review (Lexxion) as country correspondent and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences. Aude is listed as an expert by Legal 500 EMEA (Industry Focus: Food & Beverage and EU Regulatory: Food). Aude has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2004.
