Wim is partner and member of Loyens & Loeff’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group in Belgium and member of the Real Estate Team.

Position

Wim has extensive experience in national and international M&A transactions for both listed and non-listed companies, as well as in corporate restructuring. 
HIs focus is on the real estate and private equity sector. His clients include buyout funds, investment funds and national and international industrial corporations. Wim is a regular speaker at conferences on corporate and M&A topics and has written various articles on these topics.  Wim is mentioned as ‘next generation lawyer’ by The Legal 500 EMEA (2018 edition).
Wim has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1999.

2004: Loyens & Loeff.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Wim worked in the Belgian and Paris offices of a premier international law firm.
